Disappearing American Jobs

There are many jobs in a wide range of fields that are starting to disappear from the American job market. This is largely due to technology and market shifts. For example, thanks to advances in email and social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, mail carriers may become obsolete in the near future. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects a 28 percent decline in postal-service jobs by 2024. Similarly, there are various other jobs that just might disappear.
